Handyman Services
 Handyman services include painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, adjustments, picture hanging and general fix-its. Call us to arrange routine service work, ad hoc maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Painting. Spencer Building Maintenance paints all interior surfaces such as walls and ceilings, doors and trim (molding, mullions), and objects. Our exterior painting services provide all parking lot and curb striping, as well as handicap/ADA symbols.

Electrical: Ready to replace those faulty fixtures? Let our staff replace your ballasts, lamp units, covers and outlet/switch plates.
Plumbing. Tired of leaky toilets, dripping faucets, sticky flushers, and cracked fixtures and caulk? We've got you covered.
Carpentry. Our capable staff can install baseboard, molding, hardware and vents; hang doors; and repair drywall, roofs, cement, and tile (VCT, ceramic and grout).
Adjustments. We can handle those pesky adjustments such as moving or repairing desks, doors, partitions, T-bar and ceiling tiles; as well as hanging pictures and bulletin boards.
